The Elder Scrolls as an MMO? Why didn't anyone try to create this sooner? The combination of a vast, multiplayer world combined with the personal journeys we create in the single-player titles could have been a fantastic game. Instead we got an MMO that punished you for playing with others with a single player experience that prevented you from creating your own story. Horrible writing and plot development, dull and tedious crafting and an uninteresting endgame were just some of the numerous problems that plagued your journey. In trying to bridge the gap between single player and multiplayer RPG's, Elder Scrolls Online became a disappointing mess that didn't know what it wanted to be.
