Need for Speed: Most Wanted

Once again, Criterion proves that they are the best when it comes to making racing games. This year's iteration of Need for Speed improves greatly upon 2010’s Hot Pursuit, with even more crashes, police and, of course, cars to fulfill any fan’s desire. The inclusion of an open world allows for some truly stunning situations to arise out of nowhere, and the little details that Criterion has included throughout show a true love for the genre. The multiplayer suite has been buffed up to include a variety of challenges outside of races and the line between cooperation and competition blurs frequently. Criterion accomplishes the one goal the franchise has: to satisfy our need for speed.

F1 2012

Even in comparison to other racing simulators, F1 2012 takes a long time to understand, let alone master the difficult gameplay found within. When you do however, the game shines, and becomes one of the best simulations on the market today. With nearly every major racing brand and team included, F1 2012 is by far the most comprehensive simulation on F1 racing yet released.
