Atlus parent company bankruptcy fears are real
Index, the parent company to games publisher Atlus, has filed for civil rehabilitation proceedings as bankruptcy fears become real.
If bankruptcy does happen the company could be forced to restructure their priorities because of creditors, making their games future look even more bleak.
According to CNET, Index owes ¥24.5 billion / £160 million with the company's president Ochiai Yoshimi likely to resign.
Atlus' in-progress titles include Dragon's Claw for the PS Vita and PS3.
