'Total War' Weekend announced for Steam, discounts inbound
SEGA have announced that they have teamed up with Steam to offer up a Total War Weekend where money will be spent at a discounted price.
The entire she-band of the Total War franchise is up for a discounted price at the tune of 25% off. The promotion will run through the weekend, September 27 through September 30. However, keep your eyes glued to Steam for special 24 hour deals that will make select titles even cheaper. If you already own the Total War titles you will receive the special discounted in-game items automatically.
The first 24 hour deal being offered is Rome: Total War for $1, £1 or €1.
You'll also be able to pick up Total War: Master Collection - featuring seven Total War titles - for $31.23/£26.23/€33.98.
“We thought that a great way of marking the release of the first Rome II gameplay vid would be to highlight the classic that really made Total War the series it is today,” commented John Clark, Vice President of Digital Distribution at SEGA.
