Rumor: Modern Warfare 3 Perks & Killstreaks Leaked
If a report is to be believed the perks and killstreaks for Modern Warfare 3 have been leaked to the internet.
The original source of the leak was a poster over on the Undisputed forums, the thread has since been deleted however. Luckily Gamersspot jotted down the important stuff.
Perk 1:
Covert
Feature 1: 'Covert' stops enemies from watching your killcam when they are killed by you. It also prevents deathmarks from being placed on you when you kill an enemy team member which would eliminate that team from seeing where you are on the map.
Feature 2: 'Covert' allows you to remain hidden from enemy UAV's, also you will not have a red name above your character when an enemy team member spots you.
Feature 3: You remain hidden from enemy killstreak rewards which makes it easier to go through the map with minimal resistance.
Recon
Feature 1: Allows you to gain killstreak rewards with one less kill than is usually required. It is similar to the perk 'Hardline' in Modern Warfare 2.
Feature 2: You can switch out your airdrop one time. This allows you to capture enemy airdrops faster. Allows you to detect when an enemy has booby trapped an airdrop.
Feature 3: Allows you to see where exactly an enemy airstrike will affect you. A red line will appear on your map telling you where the strike will be hitting.
Specialist
Feature 1: This perk allows you to move throughout the map faster as it makes you lighter. Similar to the 'Lightweight' perk in MW2.
Feature 2: Allows you to run for a longer period of time, much like 'Marathon' perk from MW2.
Feature 3: Allows you to travel in the crouch or 'prone' position faster.
Scavenger
Feature 1: Allows you to resupply from dead enemies picking up rounds and extra grenades.
Feature 2: Allows you to resupply from dead enemies with tactical grenades and equipment.
Perk 2
Slight of Hand
Feature 1: Allows you to reload all weapons faster,
Feature 2: Allows for the ability to ADS faster.
Feature 3: Allows you to switch weapons faster.
Reflexes
Feature 1: Allows for the use of the knife to be faster.
Feature 2: Eliminates much 'flinch' when you shoot...also known as recoil.
Feature 3: Allows you to go from the prone position to the crouch position to standing alot faster.
Sharpshooter
Feature 1: Makes your recoil more predictable.
Feature 2: Increases the hip fire accuracy.
Feature 3: Reduces your idle sway also allows you to hold your breath longer if you are a sniper.
Bling
Feature 1: Allows you to have three attachments to your weapon, the default is two.
Feature 2: Allows you to equip two attachments to your secondary weapon, default is one.
Feature 3: Allows for you to equip two pieces of equipment.
Weapon Master
Feature 1: Replaces your secondary weapon with a primary weapon.
Feature 2: Eliminates your weapon drop when you are killed.
Feature 3: Allows you to equip a pistol of your choice on your side.
Perk 3
Bandoiler
Feature 1: Allows you to spawn with full ammo, also has the features of the Scavenger perk.
Feature 2: Allows for two lethal grenade slots and two tactical grenade slots.
Feature 3: Allows you to hold three extra magazines in your inventory.
Tactician
Feature 1: Allows for no falling damage.
Feature 2: Allows you to throw grenades quicker and farther.
Feature 3: Allows you to reset the fuse on grenades when throwing them back.
Infiltrator
Feature 1: Your footsteps are silent.
Feature 2: Enemy equipment no longer effects you.
Feature 3: Knifing, defusing, and reloading is silent.
Engineer
Feature 1: You can see enemy equipment through walls.
Feature 2: You can see booby traps and can hack enemy equipment.
Feature 3: You can defuse the 'Bomb' quicker in bomb-based game modes.
Navigator
Feature 1: Enemies who show up on the HUD now appear there longer.
Feature 2: Not affected by Counter UAV's.
Feature 3: Enemies close to you will have their radar jammed.

Until they're confirmed, take this with a grain of salt but it's rather detailed to be entirely made up.
Modern Warfare 3 is out on November 8 for the PS3, 360, and PC.
