Gears Of War 2 announced
At the end of Microsoft's GDC keynote today, Epic Game Inc.'s lead designer Cliff Bleszinski announced that the sequel to the mega-hit Gears of War will be hitting this November.

Cliff Bleszinski was quoted as saying "To our team the original game was just a tease, the appetizer to the 'Gears of War' characters and new style of gameplay. We were so amped to get to the next chapter, and dig deeper into the universe of this franchise," said Cliff Bleszinski, lead designer for Epic Games. "'Gears of War 2' is an even bigger, better, and more badass experience than the first game, and we can't wait to get it in the hands of eager gamers this November."

Gears of War is a third person shooter heavily acclaimed for it's cover system mechanics and amazing graphics. Gears of War 2 looks to follow in the success of the 4.5 million seller original, while continuing the story of main protagonist Marcus Fenix and Delta Squad as they fight the Locust Horde.

Other information revealed in the keynote was that Fable 2 will feature "dynamic cooperative play", as well as selling pub games from Fable 2 as separate Xbox Live Arcade titles before release.

Ninja Gaiden 2 was also mentioned as the game will enable players to record movies of their ninja skills and upload them onto Xbox Live.
