Fallout 4 DLC teased by Todd Howard

Fallout 4 officially released as of yesterday, and when a game releases, what becomes the next thing to get all the attention? Downloadable content.

Bethesda confirmed that there would be a season pass for Fallout 4 back in September, but is yet to reveal its contents. This is mainly because they were furiously testing the base game prior to release, but also because they were waiting to get player feedback. With Fallout 4 released, Bethesda has now aimed its V.A.T.S at DLC.

When asked about downloadble content on the Fallout 4 launch party's red carpet, Todd Howard stated, "We're doing it" and then went on to say, "We have a bunch coming next year. This game is huge, but it's not just this launch. It's going to be well deep into next year".

Howard continued by assuring the team will monitor player feedback, and said feedback will shape future updates and DLC based on what players want.

"Our fans are amazing. They're super smart. And this is as important to them as it is to us".

Here's hoping Fallout 4 DLC continues well into 2017. I've not even started the main quests yet, and I'm already dreading the day I finish Fallout 4.
