MGSV: The Phantom Pain coming to PC September 1st

Despite light being shed on Konami's terrible business practices in the office, some good news is coming from the publisher. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will release September 1st for PC players, alongside the console release. This is great news considering the game was supposed to release several days after the game came out for PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

Those who pre-order Phantom Pain on Steam will receive a free copy of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. All Steam players will also get "a collector's video which reveals behind-the-scenes footage and a unique documentary, in addition to DLC in the form of a 'Venom Snake' emblem and Mother Base Staff."

Unfortunately, the third iteration of Metal Gear Online has been delayed for PC until January 2016, while the console counter part will come out in October.
