Platinum Developing MGS: Rising, New Trailer
The VGA's were held tonight and they were not short on reveals and trailers. As it turns out Platinum will be developing Metal Gear Solid: Rising for Hideo Kojima. Oh yea, the game got a new trailer too.
Did I mention that the game also got a new subtitle? Yep, you can now call this game "Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance". I'm technically not sure if that's even a word.
Platinum Games haven't done a game outside SEGA's guidance, so this will be an interesting one to keep your eye on. Platinum are responsible for titles such as Bayonetta, Madworld, and Vanquish. Their next title is to be Anarchy Reigns, also a SEGA published game.
MGR: Revengeance is out in 2012 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
