L.A. Noire Gets Short Fiction & Soundtrack Details
Rockstar is gearing up for L.A. Noire's release in the US tomorrow, and with that comes more details for the piece of short fiction surrounding the game and the soundtrack.
An official soundtrack page has been launched for the game's soundtrack which outlines the making of the soundtrack and gives you the listing of what is included on the soundtrack.
The site also includes the L.A. Noire Verve Remixed Project EP, it includes tracked mixed by TV on the Radio's Dave Sitek, Gang Starr's DJ Premiere, El Michaels Affair's Truth and Soul...all on tracks mixed with Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and Lionel Hampton.
You can get both the original soundtrack and the remixed version through certain digital distributors which will be officially released alongside the game tomorrow.
Also Rockstar has released a series of short fiction stories that were inspired by L.A. Noire. The first story to be released will be titled "See The Woman" and is written by Lawrence Block. You can read it here. You will also be able to read it on your e-readers soon enough with the full collection, L.A. Noire: The Collected Stories, available for pre-order now on Amazon, releasing on June 6.
L.A. Noire video game is out tomorrow, May 17, in the US and May 20 everywhere else on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
