Duke Nukem Forever Delayed

Gearbox have announced that their upcoming title, Duke Nukem Forever, has been delayed. Originally scheduled for a May release, it has now been pushed back to June.

Gearbox boss man, Randy Pitchford, sent out a video explaining the delay. The game was scheduled for a May 4 US release and a May 6 every else date, now replaced with a June 10 everywhere else date and June 14 US release.
Im very sorry for the added delay. Weve all been working extremely hard and are very eager to deliver the game to you, he added in a press release just sent through by Take Two.

Ive been thinking of these lyrics from the great country song, Hes The Duke He told us if we waited we could Come Get Some, but I never knew Forever was going to be so long. If youre like me, June cannot come quickly enough.

2K president Christoph Hartmann added: Were committed to deliver a laugh-out-loud, politically incorrect experience that people will talk about for years to come. We thank Dukes fans for their continued patience I promise this wont take another 15 years.
