Batman: Arkham City Riddler Unveiled
If you remember correctly, in Batman: Arkham Asylum, the Riddler took on a behind-the-scenes role as we never saw the character. Instead we were relegated to doing his dirty-work mini-challenges. According to developer Rocksteady, that's all set to change with Arkham City.
The developer has stated that the character will have a more physical presence in the game but the Riddler trophies will still be around.
"The Riddler experience is not part of the main story," Rocksteady's Dax Ginn confirmed, "But you can see how much work we put into it."
"It seems to do them a disservice to call them 'side missions,' because we take them really, really seriously."
Batman: Arkham City is out October 18 in the US and October 21 in the UK for the PS3, 360, and PC. "It seems to do them a disservice to call them 'side missions,' because we take them really, really seriously."
