Don't Spoil Catherine, Please


Atlus has requested those of you that have played their upcoming sexual thriller, Catherine (in Japan for now), not to spoil the ending of the game for others. The developer specifically makes mention of the "eighth night" and beyond.

A tweet from the devs Twitter account, translated by Andriasang, lets it be known that there is a “strict no video policy” until the game is fully released.

Andriasang then translated another "warning" from Atlus, via the devs official site, that reads,
“Hello. I’m Sheep. Do you know of this scary rumor? Those who share spoilers about Catherine will have nightmares and die. Scary, scary. Everyone, to avoid nightmares, let’s not post spoilers.”
Catherine is out in Japan tomorrow for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

The gameplay takes place in the main character, Vincent's, nightmares.

Still no word on a western release.
