Hot Playstation Leads Police To Murder Suspect
Police in South Carolina were able to use a stolen Playstation 3 to track down a man wanted for multiple murders.
According to a recent article, police in Gaffney, South Carolina, were able to use a Playstation 3 to track down the whereabouts of a suspected murderer.
Giles Lee Palmer, 22, is wanted on two counts of murder. The police found the console in a home, though - not a pawn shop or other fencer. According to The Spartanburg, S.C. Herald Journal, "police were able to track it back to Palmer."
Palmer is also wanted for first-degree burglary. Police suspect that others were involved in the burglary and murders.
That sort of thing makes you wonder how, exactly, the police were able to track the video game console of a deceased man to his suspected murderer's home. Is it possible that Big Brother cares what games we play as well?
