It has been revealed that the Xbox 360 avatars will be seeing a redesign this November. The reason for this change is all to do with Kinect being released. It has nothing to do with the camera though; it's all to do with the way the players interpret the avatars.
Due to the Avatars being cartoony, players of Kinect apparently get confused with the proportions of their digital selves because of the differences to themselves. It's been making the hand-eye coordination difficult for some. Little more info after the jump.
Ruffian Games
tweeted that news on
Crackdown DLC will be "coming soon". Judging from the tweet, Ruffian are testing it at the moment before finalising the release date for the content. Expect news soon.
"#Crackdown2 DLC news will be coming soon. Release date yet to be confirmed by MS but the test guys are loving it. We're close..."
European gamers who have been after
Deadly Premonition will be happy to know it's heading to Europe. Rising Star Games (Published
No More Heroes) will be publishing the game in the EU. It will be released this Autumn exclusively on Xbox 360 for the budget price of £24.99.
For those not familiar with the title, you play as an FBI agent who's investigating the murder of a girl but as the game progresses things become rather odd. The most unusual thing about the game, however, is the reception. Some people love it while others hate it with mixed scores across the board.
Back in 2008, Microsoft announced that
Final Fantasy XIII was coming to Xbox 360 at their E3 conference. However, when it was released in Japan only a PlayStation 3 version was released. If Xbox.com is anything to go by though, it looks like it could finally be making the jump.
Japanese Achievements for
Final Fantasy XIII have appeared on Xbox.com which definitely suggests that it's coming out in Japan. It seems rather odd to release it after a such a long period though; especially considering the amount of 360 owners in Japan. This could mean an International version is being released with new features as that usually happens with
Final Fantasy.
