Halo: CE Anniversary Cover Art And New Details
After the announcement of Halo: CE Anniversary at E3, the cover art and a few more details have come through.
Good news everyone! You may remember I wrote an article about being worried about the state of a Halo: CE remake, but some new details have alleviated my worries. During the game, players will be able to switch between Classic mode and the newly revamped version of the game in order to compare. This means that the game must be captured as it should be without huge changes to level design.
Microsoft has revealed the official box art for the title. Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will retail for $39.99 and release on November 15th.
Further details are that the campaign has been fully remastered in terms of graphics and audio with the Reach engine. A co-op campaign has been added online along with the usual split screen. Also, six of the classic Halo multiplayer maps have been reimagined and some from Halo 2. Firefight will return with a new map built specifically for the game mode.
