Until 10 am Pacific time Tudesday, May 15th, if join the Rockstar Games Community on Steam you'll recieve a free copy of Midnight Club II. However, the promotion does stipulate that your Steam account must have been used for at least one purchase, gift or retail registration elsewhere on Steam.
