Star Wars Battlefront Bespin DLC Scheduled for June
Star Wars Battlefront released last November, but DLC is still planned for this year. This June, DICE will be releasing the second DLC, the Bespin DLC. With this DLC, you'll be taken through four different maps throughout Cloud City, including the iconic carbonite freezing chamber. Along with the four new maps, there will be some new Star Cards, weapons, and a new game mode.
Of course, we couldn't forget about the new heroes (well, maybe you forgot about one of them). First, there's the legendary Lando Calrissian, a former gambler, and friend of Han Solo, who quit the scoundrel business to run Cloud City, the mining facility he won in via gambling. Although Lando initially helps Vader in the Empire Strikes Back, he's no softy, infiltrating Jabba's palace, and then destroying the Death Star in Return of the Jedi.
Dengar, on the other hand, was among the quick shot of bounty hunters featured in Empire Strikes Back, along with IG-88, Bossk, and the other featured hero in Battlefront, Boba Fett. Although he's only shown for a brief scene, wrapped in cloth, Dengar is greatly expanded upon the other Star Wars media.
You can buy the Bespin DLC for $15, or purchase the $50 season pass, which will give you access to all four DLC's including the Death Star DLC set to be released some time in the fall.
