Siegecraft Commander Coming to Windows in Spring 2016
Blowfish Studios' upcoming entry into the Siegecraft series, will encompass a mix of both action and strategy, with real-time or turn-based PvP combat. After the first two games, Siegecraft and Siegecraft Defense, Siegecraft Commander will put more focus on battling other players, and defeating them by destroying their keep. You'll have to manage your defense and offense carefully, choosing to either attack your opponent's tower or creating more towers for defense. To win, you'll need to expand your reach by launching seeds from your towers to create more towers, until you can attack the enemy's keep. With a big focus on battling other players, Siegecraft Commander will allow cross-platform versus between Windows and Xbox One.
The Australian, indie studio Blowfish Studios has had great success with the previous Siegecraft games, as the two games sold a combined 1.5 million units.
Those attending this year's Tokyo Game Show will have the opportunity to play Siegecraft Commander before it launches by visiting Hall 9-A booth 52.
"With every Siegecraft title, we are focused on bringing something distinct to the strategy genre," said Benjamin Lee, CEO, Blowfish Studios, "With Siegecraft Commander we set out to create an action-strategy hybrid with intuitive gameplay, cross-platform support, and above all, competitive multiplayer combat.'
Siegecraft Commander is scheduled to launch in Spring 2016.
