Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Final E3 Trailer
What most likely is Hideo Kojima's final Metal Gear trailer at E3 was shown off this week. Geoff Keighly delivered some emotional insight from Kojima, saying "[Hideo Kojima] wanted give something to the fans this year at E3". And that he did.
The trailer has a heavy focus on language and words, and is narrated by a few different characters, Skullface, Ocelot, Codetalker, Major Zero, and an unknown character who has somewhat of a southern United States accent. Skullface seems to be taking on less of an antagonistic roll, compared to Ground Zeroes. The shot of Kaz's eyes seems to confirm that he has been blinded since Ground Zeroes. We also get an interesting stinger shot of two Eli's towards the end, which could possibly be the Twin Snakes, Solid Snake and Liquid Snake, or it could be another clone. There also a lot of images that only playing the game could explain, so look forward to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, coming in September.
