Community concept art for new Unreal Tournament unveiled


Epic first announced a new Unreal Tournament game back in May, and they've now released a batch of concept art for fans to see.

The interesting part is that this concept art wasn't made by Epic Games, but by the community. Members of the UT development team have picked out some of the more interesting pieces for critique. Check out some of their choices below:

As an image in itself it's pretty cool [but] it needs to have more of a sense of place ... We need more context.

I would love to see ... more of the Unreal DNA in there. ... But I think these are fantastic, and this is the kind of quality that we're looking for in a final piece.

This has a lot of character. I can easily see this being a CTF map ... an industrial version of facing worlds.
