Extraction is now Dirty Bomb. Again.

Splash Damage, developers of Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, Quake Wars, and Brink, have been working on a new F2P shooter, which they called Dirty Bomb for a while.

At some point last year, someone decided they didn't like the sound of the title, and they renamed the game Extraction, which I thought was an astoundingly generic title. Now, it finally seems like someone over there saw sense and they've changed the title back again.
This will “almost definitely” be the last name change before launch.
Doesn't exactly inspire confidence, does it?

Extraction is now Dirty Bomb. Again.

Whatever it ends up being titled, The Game Currently Known As Dirty Bomb will be a multiplayer FPS set in post-apocalyptic London. It includes red-vs-blue team gameplay, a set of classes with whacky personalities to choose from, and unlockable weapons & customisation, all of which leads me to wonder if whoever wrote the press release actually knows the meaning of the word 'unique'.
