'Radio the Universe' gets to Kickstarter goal with 20 days left

Developer 6e6e6e's upcoming top-down action title, Radio the Universe, has surpassed its Kickstarter goal of $12,000 with 20 days left.

The game was listed on Kickstarter on December 21, 2012 with an initial goal of $12,000 but that goal was quickly met to the tune of nearly $35,000. 6e6e6e has now listed some new goals for the project.
“With Radio the Universe, I want to create something beautiful, melancholy, and evocative,” wrote the developer. “A game that, of course, is fun to play, but also imparts a special, maybe surreal, experience to the player. I want to make a game with personality. A game that can feel a bit ‘off.’

“I’m hopeful that there are enough people out there who want to see ‘off’ happen.”
The game has apparently drawn inspiration from titles such as Yume Nikki, Symphony of the Night, Dark Souls, amongst others.

The game will be released on the PC with a Mac release a "possibility".
