The Elder Scrolls Online Announced
Game Informer have announced Bethesda's upcoming MMO The Elder Scrolls Online.
The game will be featured on the magazine's next cover, as revealed here.
Zenimax Online Studios will be handling the developing and the game will take place 1000 years before the events in Skyrim and will focus on the daedric prince Molag Bal and his quest to conquer the land. The game will contain three factions along with PvP.
“It will be extremely rewarding finally to unveil what we have been developing the last several years,”said director Matt Firor. “The entire team is committed to creating the best MMO ever made – and one that is worthy of The Elder Scrolls franchise.”
Other details were scarce and it appears that we'll have to wait until the magazine hits shelves next month. A teaser trailer for the game will be released tomorrow. The game is down for a 2013 release on both the PC and Mac.
