SW: The Old Republic Testing Delayed In Europe
BioWare have announced that the beta testing for Star Wars: The Old Republic has been delayed in Europe.
The company stated that the delay was due to a new build and character wipe coming shortly. BioWare stated that if players were to download the beta now it would cost them 27GB of free space on their PC's.
BioWare's EU community manager Chris Collins said;
“This is a relatively large amount to download in such a short space of time and not an experience we want new testers to be exposed to."
He also stated that another reason for the delay was to add German and French localizations. There is no firm release date for The Old Republic but it's been speculated that it will release at the end of the year.
