Battlefield 3 PC Version Will Have A Deathmatch Cap

DICE have revealed that the PC version of their upcoming wartime shooter, Battlefield 3, will have the Deathmatch mode in multiplayer capped at 24 players.

It was originally thought that the PC version would be able to support up to 64 players, but alas, that is no longer a hope.

This is the first Battlefield title that will have a Deathmatch mode. The game is out in October for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
