Total War: Shogun 2 Getting "Rise Of The Samurai" DLC
SEGA along with The Creative Assembly have announced "Rise of the Samurai" DLC heading for the already released Total War: Shogun 2.
The DLC campaign will be set 400 years before Shogun 2. You will be able to lead one of four playable clans from the Taira, Minamoto, and Fujiwara families during the Gempei War.
The DLC will be able to be played in both single-player and multiplayer modes. You will get 16 new land units with 10 new naval units.
You will be able to select from one of four new hero units including Tetsubo Warrior Monk Hero and the female Onna Bushi Heroine. Also available will be four new agent types.
No release date was announced but it will cost you $9.99 when it launches. Check out the Steam listing.
