CityVille's Population Reaches 100 Million
You may have noticed those annoying game request you keep getting from those people you never talk to on Facebook. Yep, those are for the social Facebook game, CityVille. While you may not be into the game, many others are. Many meaning over 100 million people.
Developer Zynga has announced that CityVille has now overtaken their other social game, FarmVille, as their most popular title.
According to Casual Gaming the game now has 100,064,578 active users. FarmVille sports a 57,000,000 active user count.
To put CityVille's numbers in perspective, the game launched just over a month ago on December 2, 2010. FarmVille has been available to play for over a year now.
