Lumino City trailer shows a world of paper

State of Play's point-and-click adventure Lumino City has a beautiful new trailer on Vimeo. Click to give it a look--it's well worth it.

A sequel to IGF finalist Lume, Lumino City game is filmed on a ten-foot high handmade set crafted from paper, card, miniature lights, and motors. Players will begin by exploring the city and piecing together puzzle mechanics to help the inhabitants of the game's unique world. Developers Luke Whittaker and Katherine Bidwell promise such sights as "gardens in the sky, towers marooned high on an immense waterwheel, and houses dug precariously into cliffs."

Games have rarely used multimedia in quite this fashion, and it's incredible to see such artistic ambition come to life. I for one am very excited to see more from this unique title.
