Cult classic Ikaruga hits Steam
Way back in 2001, developer Treasure released Ikaruga, a top-down aerial shooter, to great critical acclaim. The game was notable for its unique polarity-shifting gameplay, its stunning graphics, and its crazy intensity.
Now, over a decade later, Ikaruga has been released on Steam.
This new PC version features HD graphics, an exclusive horizontal mode, and the option for single controller co-operative multiplayer. The price is $9.99.
Ikaruga was previously enjoyed by gamers in arcades, as well as on the Dreamcast, GameCube, Xbox 360, and Android.
