Rekoil launching on PC on PC January 28
Developer Plastic Piranha's debut title Rekoil will be blasting onto PC on January 28, 2014. (It will go on XBLA the following day, though oddly the Xbox version is titled Rekoil: Liberator. Either way, the PC gets the game first!)
Published by 505 games, Rekoil is described as a competitive, class-based first person shooter set in a world ravaged by a deadly pandemic. Inspired by games like Counter-Strike, the game allows you to choose from 40 different weapons, all of which are balanced to make skill the important factor.
At launch, the game will feature seven game types, ten maps, and five customizable classes. The PC version will also include modding tools.
The game is currently available for pre-purchase on Steam at a 30% discount.
