Advanced Warfare: A Different Set Of Warfare?
The long running Call of Duty franchise has been pushing out a new game annually for years now. Not a single fall season passes without the latest version of the franchise launching onto consoles and PC. While it has long been the heavy hitter for holiday seasons, the last few years the sales have started to decline as the wear and tear of being presented with what is essentially the same game with different levels and balancing has started to take a toll. Sledgehammer Games wants to change that with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare by taking a different approach to the progression system of the game.
The video itself shows changes to both the general gameplay and the progression system itself, but is it enough? Will it bring back customers who have started spending their money elsewhere? Only time and the eventual sales numbers will tell. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is set to release November 4, 2014.
