Civilization: Beyond Earth discovery video trailer
Firaxis has released a relatively lengthy trailer detailing many of the things players can expect to discover in the upcoming Civilization: Beyond Earth. The vid talks through features, old and new, whilst showing off plenty of advanced military units along with various alien life forms. Most interestingly for me are the glimpses of units corresponding to the different ideological “Affinities”. Harmony aligned players seek victory by creating a singularity which merges human and planetary consciousness, or by simply crushing the other factions with monstrous, genetically modified alien creatures. That's got my name written all over it.
