Quantum break to release simutaneously on PC and Xbox One April 5th
A couple of weeks ago, Remedy Entertainment's latest game, Quantum Break, was rated for PC on a Brazilian Advisory Board for videos games. Despite the listing since being removed, it has just been confirmed that the previously Xbox Exclusive Quantum Break will be coming to PC after all.
German website, GameStar, claims -in an article that had since been removed- that the PC version of Quantum Break will be released alongside the Xbox One release on April 5th. The article also claimed that they had recieved news of the PC version directly from Remedy during a preview event. Today both Microsoft and Remedy Entertainment confirmed that during a press trip, the Windows edition was confirmed. However, they did not mention any details regarding the PC port.
The Xbox One version will be getting some neat pre-order bonuses too. Players that pre-order the game at a retail store will receive a copy of Remedy's standalone DLC Alan Wake's American Nightmare add-on. All copies of the Xbox version will include the Alan Wake base game as well as its two add-ons, The Signal and The Writer.
Quantum Break will be released April 5th on the Xbox One and the PC.
