How the heck am I only going to pick one?

It's Wednesday. I'm bored. I'm browsing around IGN and happen to take a look at the release date list for the DS to find out when Scribblenauts is supposed to come out. As I scroll down, I start seeing games that I had no idea came out in either August or September. Seriously, did anyone realize that these games were coming out this soon?

  • Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box 8/24
  • Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story 9/14
  • Scribblenauts 9/15
  • Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days 9/29

Now I'm sure everyone's aware that Muramasa: The Demon Blade and Batman: Arkham Aylum will be coming out in the next two months, but I had no idea that this many great DS games were in the pipeline as well. And while that's a great thing, I'm not sure how I'm going to get a chance to play them all.

You see, even though I'm in my early 20s my parents and grandparents insist on buying me gifts for my birthday. My parents usually give me about $100 while my grandparents combined give me around $50. I plan on buying 3 games with that money. Two of them will definitely be Muramasa and INfamous but I have no idea what the third should be. Only that I want it to be a DS game. The thing is, I have no idea which one I should get so I'd like you guys to help me decide.

Professor Layton
How the heck am I only going to pick one?
I loved the original game and the Sherlock Holmes-esque story intrigued me. The sequel seems to live up to that standard. I'm always up for more puzzles so I'm itching to play the Diabolical Box.

Mario & Luigi
How the heck am I only going to pick one?
The first two games were great though I'd have to give the edge to the original Mario & Luigi. The humor and gameplay remain intact for the 3rd game and the new focus on Bowser has me interested.

Scribblenauts
How the heck am I only going to pick one?
I'm not sure how the puzzle gameplay is but just screwing around to see what words work in the game sounds like a ton of fun. I really can't wait to try words out like "armageddon" and "plague" and also see who would win in a fight between pirates, ninjas, and robots. I also wonder if the Flying Spaghetti Monster is in it...

Kingdom Hearts
How the heck am I only going to pick one?
I love the Kingdom Hearts series as I'm a sucker for both Final Fantasy and Disney. The game almost seems designed for me. The buzz on 358/2 Days is that it's a perfect fit for the DS and the story is just as good as the console versions.

So which one should I get? I honestly have no clue.
