Scott Pilgrim Game Actually Looks Good

Ubisoft have released a trailer showing off gameplay for the Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World game based on the upcoming movie and the comics. As previously revealed, this isn't a full release game and instead a downloadable game for PSN and XBL (Timed exclusive to PSN). This has made it more simple as a game but it looks to have really paid off.

Fans of the comics will know it fits in perfectly. A similar style is used and the four playable characters (Scott Pilgrim, Ramona Flowers, Kin Pine, Steven Stills) are probably the best choices possible. The actual game plays as a side-scrolling beat 'em which looks to be quite fun. There are also plenty of references and familiar locations in the trailer.



I think it looks great but we'll find out in August when it's released.
