Modern Warfare 2 Sales Are In

Everyone knew that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 would be big. The hype was almost unbelievable and the first day sales are available and also incredible. Overall, it sold over 7,000,000 million copies. The X360 version sold the most with a total of 5,500,000 copies being sold whereas the PS3 version sold 3,300,000 copies.

This makes Modern Warfare 2 the fastest selling game of all time. It has sold more copies on it's first than Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Halo 3 did and these games are second and third respectively.
