Bioware has officially announced the voice cast of Mass Effect 2, and it's a smorgasbord that's sure to delight many sci-fi geeks.
Actors Seth Green and Keith David will be reprising their roles as pilot Joker and Admiral Anderson, respectively.
There had been
rumors about Martin Sheen's involvement in the sequel, but now it's confirmed that the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actor will play the role of the Illusive Man who commands Cerberus, a secretive paramilitary organization dedicated to protecting human interests in the galaxy.
Rounding out the cast is the Matrix Trilogy's Carrie-Ann Moss as Aria T'Loak, the crime lord who rules the planet Omega; "Battlestar Galactica's" Tricia Helfer and Michael Hogan as the new voice of the Normandy and Captain Bailey; "Chuck" stars Yvonne Strahovski and Adam Baldwin as Cerberus operative Miranda Lawson and Kal 'Reegar; Star Trek's Michael Dorn as Gatatog Uvenk; and 2009 Emmy Award-winner Shohreh Aghdashloo as Admiral Shala'Raan vas Tonbay.

Fans of the first Mass Effect will be happy to know that Jennifer Hale and Mark Meer will also be returning as the voices of Commander Shepard.
