Is Mass Effect 2's Illusive Man really... Martin Sheen?

In an exclusive video from GameTrailers, we're introduced to a new Mass Effect 2 character called the Illusive Man - who sounds an awful lot like Martin Sheen! So far, there's been no confirmation from Bioware or anyone else that the voice in the video belongs to the Apocalypse Now star, but it wouldn't be the first time they used a big name actor in one of their games. After all, Seth Green did the voice of Joker in the first Mass Effect.
