Call of Duty Blops Escalation Pack Offers Zombie Awesomeness

As I've mentioned in the past, I'm a bit of a zombiholic. If it involves killing the undead I'm willing to check it out. Treyarch's Call of Duty titles have served me generously in this regard over the past few years and their upcoming map pack for Black Ops, Escalation, looks to be pumping up the nazi zombie killing experience to 11.

Opting for a new cast of characters as opposed to the four main soldiers from the previous game, Treyarch's newest zombie map, Call of the Dead, has brought together Danny Trejo of B-movie fame, Sarah Michelle Geller (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Robert Englund (Freddie Kruger), and Michael Rooker who plays Merle Dixon in AMC's wonder adaptation of The Walking Dead. This excellent cast also includes a boss zombie in the form of legendary director George Romero.

Call of Duty Black Ops' Escalation map pack arrives on Xbox Live on May 3rd with a likely June release on PC and PSN (provided that it is back up by then).
