One More Surprise from Splinter Cell Conviction? [UPDATE]

Looks like Ubisoft isn't done doing its pre-launch marketing for Sam Fisher's latest outing. Fans around these here interwebs have noted a new site: CodeofConviction.com. The site was unveiled last week coenciding with the Code Red teaser trailer for Splinter Cell Conviction. At the page are four inputs fields for a numeric code after which it prompts you for your Xbox Live gamertag and your e-mail address. This works in tandem with a Twitter account called @code_conviction which then tweets the gamertag and the input status of the codes. It also sends you an e-mail to confirm your participation with the following message:



Currently only one code field is unlocked with the others coming online as more participants join in. If you'd like to get in on whatever is going on check out the site and enter the first code: 7694. The identity of the "asset" has yet to be announced but current speculation is that it is either early access to a demo for the game or, as given the nature of the Code Red trailer, an unlockable suit for the multiplayer mode.
