That's right. PSPgo rentals. How would it work you ask? Well simply, you would be able to download a game and play it for a set amount of time. Why the speculation? Well...because while using the PSPgo you can arrange your games by expiration date; obviously if you've downloaded it permanently there would be no expiry. A while back Sony surveyed gamers using third party, online survey service, TNS, inquiring about the interest in such a service.

Keep in mind this is completely speculation by numerous internet bloggers, but stay tuned for actual info. As promised below are some more pictures proving just why this may be possible.
