Actress Camilla Luddington Confirmed As Lara Croft in 'Tomb Raider'

Square Enix have confirmed that English actress Camilla Luddington will be voicing Lara Croft in the upcoming Crystal Dynamics Tomb Raider.

Luddington probably most well known for her role on True Blood as "Claudette". The publisher states that Luddington was chosen for the role after an “international talent search using scouts in Europe and the US".

“This Tomb Raider game is very different to any other and we are demanding far more from the voice and performance acting than ever before as we take the franchise in a new direction.” Darrell Gallagher head at Crystal Dynamics
Luddington will be the first actress to do full motion capture and voice work for Lara Croft. Other voices of the character include Keeley Hawes and Minnie Driver. Tomb Raider is out in March 2013 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
