Second Phase Of LBP2 US Beta Goes Live Next Week
Media Molecule has announced that the second phase of their LittleBigPlanet 2 US beta will go live starting next week.
This second phase of the US beta will be on a smaller scale, with invites heading to “a special mix of LBP contributors, DLC owners and PlayStation Plus members." If you happen to be skipped over with beta invites this go around, don't fret, Media Molecule and Sony are planning future beta's for the game.
One of the things introduced in this second phase of the beta are "Bounce Pads". They have the ability to help you get to those hard to reach places. Also being introduced on the PSP side is the addition of Kindred. Kindred is “a collaborative project that introduces a brand new story level series to the PSP community.”
LittleBigPlanet 2 was originally scheduled for a November release date but was recently pushed back to January 2011. We're praying that Sony knows what they're doing. It will be out on the PS3.
