Activision Announces Gary Oldman, Ed Harris As Voice Actors For Black Ops
Activision has confirmed that famed actors Gary Oldman (The Professional, The Dark Knight) and Ed Harris (Apollo 13, The Rock, Appaloosa) will be lending their voices to the upcoming shooter, Call of Duty: Black Ops.
Goldman will be a returning voice as he was featured in Call of Duty: World at War as a Russian WWII soldier Viktor Reznov. Harris will be voicing one of the main characters in the game, CIA agent Jason Hudson.
It was also announced that David Goyer (Batman Begins, The Dark Knight) was brought in to help oversee the script.
“Oldman, Harris and Goyer are considered some of Hollywood’s finest talents and they perfectly complement Call of Duty: Black Ops’ ambitious and immersive single player experience,” said Treyarch boss Mark Lamia.
“Their contributions have helped us to push the boundaries of our story telling and character development far beyond anything we have ever attempted before in the franchise.”
Call of Duty: Black Ops is out in November for the PS3, 360, PC, DS, and Wii.
