Dead Space: Ignition Announced As Prequel To Dead Space 2
EA has announced Dead Space: Ignition, it is to be a prequel to the upcoming Dead Space 2, slated for the XBLA and PSN this fall.
Apparently, this is just one of many "game extensions" planned ahead of Dead Space 2's release in January. Ignition “combines an interactive comic-style story with three unique hacking mini games; Hardware Crack, Trace Route and System Override.”
Steve Papoutis, Dead Space franchise executive producer said;
“Dead Space Ignition is the first of many exciting game extensions we have planned for the launch of Dead Space 2,”
