Rage Hits in Fall 2011

Amidst the furor that is QuakeCon, id has revealed the release date for their highly anticipated shooter, Rage. The game will hit the shelves in September 2011.

Of course, like most games, it's not getting a simultaneous worldwide release. It hits first in North America on September 13, and then in Europe on September 15. No confirmation for other territories, which means Australia probably won't get the game until 2013, and it will have had all the blood and gore removed.
