Alien Breed 2 Release date and trailer

Alien Breed 2: Assault has just been both announced and dated by UK Team17. A sequel to Alien Breed: Evolution, this one will hit Xbox Live Arcade, PSN, and steam on September 22nd and has yet to be priced.

This title is apparently using ideas from hit games like Gears of War and Left 4 Dead by adding a survival mode which plays just like it sounds, as well as adding to too the myriad of aliens present in the first Alien Breed. Alien Breed 2 will also boast an increased arsenal, two player assault mode, and a story line picking up from where the first left off.
