KickBeat Steam Edition launching January 20th
Zen Studios' rhythm-based fighter Kickbeat is coming to Steam on January 20th, 2014 with Kickbeat Steam Edition.
Kickbeat combines martial arts with beat-matching mechanics. The original game is already available on the Playstation 3 and Vita, but the Steam Edition will be an expanded and polished version.
The Steam Edition will feature enhanced graphics, customizable controls, Steam Achievements, Steam Trading Cards, and Steam Cloud Support. It also includes 6 tracks from the indie game Electronic Super Joy, as well as tracks from such bands as Marilyn Manson, Celldweller, Papa Roach, Shen Yi, and Rob Zombie. The full tracklist can be seen on the Steam link above. The game also allows players to import their own songs into the game.
In addition, the Steam Edition will adjust the original game's difficulty progression; allow Advanced difficulty in Free Play mode; and let players to fight to their own imported music tracks without having to complete the single player campaign.
Kickbeat Steam Edition will cost $9.99 in North America and €8.99 in Europe.
