IO Interactive, a part of Square Enix Europe, is pleased to confirm that
Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days will release on August 24, 2010 in North America and August 27 throughout Europe and other PAL territories, on the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation3 computer entertainment system, and Games for Windows.
Ubisoft's confirmed that the public beta test for promising RTS, R.U.S.E. is now available for download via Steam.
"In the public beta, players will have the opportunity to choose one of the 6 unique factions available in the game (US, UK, GER, USSR, FRANCE, IT) and train themselves against the artificial intelligence on the 'Blitz' map before entering the multiplayer challenge. Sony has made it very clear that God of War III is the end of the Kratos' story, althought it is not the end of the franchise. Some might think they're being coy and a new God of War title being put in the pipeline as we speak, but God of War III Senior Producer Steve Caterson says differently.
"Not to sound like a broken record, but we're constantly pushing themselves, so no matter what our next product is and no matter what genre it is, we'll strive to make it the best of the best," said Caterson.
